PROGRAMMING PRESENCE”.

INTERNATIONAL is pleased to announce it has  acquired ownership stakes
in MIAMI WEB FEST and in LATINO WEB FEST,  both held Yearly in MIAMI,
FLORIDA

MIAMI WEB FEST 2015, being held October 1st to 4th, at the William and
Joan Lehman Theater in Miami, Florida, combines the traditional Film
Festival concept (screenings, panels, and awards) with the
“Screenbash” concept where the Festival shows Web Series Content on
screens during parties at the city’s hottest Clubs. The inevitable
result is an explosion of discovery that could only happen in the
uniquely multicultural, artistic and “Hip” environment of Miami.

LATINO WEB FEST 2015, which will be held September 26-27 at the Lehman
Theater in Miami,   is the “FESTIVAL OF THE AMERICAS”!  It is the
first U.S.- based web series festival dedicated to providing exposure
and recognition to the best Latino productions in the entire nation and
world!  Taking place during Hispanic Heritage month, Latino Web Fest is
the ultimate celebration of culture and new media!

Both Festivals Include screenings, seminars, and oceanfront pool party,
and a Gala Awards Show, including Red Carpet Reception.

Da Silva International, acquired the partial ownership of both Festivals
from Miami Web Fest, Inc. A privately held, Virginia Based Company.

television industry executives.  Now that we have also launched Latino
Web Fest, it is even more important that we deliver on that promise”
stated Miami Web Fest CEO Bryan Thompson.  Our deal with Da Silva

Miami Web Fest Inc. will continue to run the day to day operations of
the Festival, whereas Da Silva International will also be involved in
recruiting Industry Heavyweights to Judge, host Seminars, and attend the
Events. Da Silva International will also hold discussions for closer
working relations with Hollywood and International  Film Studios and TV
Networks.
